June 2013 - Scottish Public Sector Property & Estates 2013 Conference

On June 5th, Cad-Capture attends the Scottish Public Sector Property & Estates conference at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow. Andrew Butterworth, Cad-Capture Operations Director, provides a seminar on the impacts of technology on improving space utilisation, as the company presents its innovative Workspace Utilisation Sensor system - OccupEye.

May 2013 - City of York Council

Following successful completion of several projects in 2012, City of York Council has once again turned to Cad-Capture as a supplier that offers consistent quality and value. Measured Building Surveys and Condition Surveys will be undertaken on 14 Schools in the region, with the new, up-to-date, survey data to be synchronised with the authority's Technology Forge Asset Management database.

April 2013 - London Borough of Hackney

Continuing a long standing successful partnership, The London Borough of Hackney has commissioned Cad-Capture to undertake Measured Building Surveys on a number of properties across the region.

March 2013 - Portsmouth City Council

Cad-Capture is delighted to announce another successful contract award following competitive tender. Close on the heels of our January success in Surrey, Portsmouth City Council has followed suit in granting a significant commission to carry out Measured Building Surveys on over 100 properties on the South Coast. Once more, Cad-Capture's offering scored highly thanks to our quality:cost ratio, and our ability to produce intelligent CAD drawings compatible with the authority’s Concerto Asset Management Database was the cherry on the cake!

February 2013 - The Grammar Schools of King Edward VI

Cad-Capture has been commissioned to undertake Measured Building Surveys on the King Edward VI portfolio of Schools, resulting in the production of accurate intelligent CAD floor plans. These new data-rich drawings, supplied as part of our unique 'ScAMP' service, will form the basis for accurate capacity calculations that will be produced for each school, further complemented by the inclusion of DfE compliant room-by-room suitability assessments.

January 2013 - Surrey County Council

Following a competitive tender, Cad-Capture has been awarded a contract to produce up-to-date intelligent CAD drawings of a large number of schools and corporate properties across the county. Whilst quality based on past performance was a key factor in the award, so too was Cad-Capture's ability to produce drawings compatible with Surrey's new Asset Management Database system, Atrium.

December 2012 - First Hydro Company

First Hydro has commissioned Cad-Capture to convert a multitude of important large format schematics, marking the continuation of a successful partnership stretching back over a decade.

November 2012 - South Kesteven District Council

South Kesteven joins a fast growing list of Local Authorities using Cad-Capture's innovative workspace utilisation sensor technology, OccupEye. The system will become a vital component in providing truly accurate space utilisation data, from which the authority will make informed decisions that will drive future accommodation and work style strategies.

October 2012 - Lancashire Constabulary

Cad-Capture has been commissioned by its local regional Police force, Lancashire Constabulary, to supply a bespoke CAD-integrated Asbestos Inspection Reporting software module. This new utility will work alongside the authority's existing Cad-Capture software, AssetCapture OEA, offering a consistency and ease of use that the the force's estates team have now become accustomed to.

September 2012 - Capita Symonds

September is a month dominated by the Education Funding Agency (EFA) Property Data Survey (PDS) project, as Cad-Capture, in partnership with Capita Symonds, carries out high-resolution Aerial Photography surveys of thousands of schools, nationwide. The quality photographs produced aid Capita surveyors in adding detail to their roof condition assessments, whilst also providing the basis from which 'intelligent' site plans are constructed for each property.

August 2012 - City of York Council

The City of York has appointed Cad-Capture to carry out Condition and Energy Surveys at a number of schools across the authority following competitive tender. Completed data will be uploaded to the council's Technology Forge Asset Management System and once again a combination of experience, expertise and value for money proved the key to Cad-Capture's success.

July 2012 - University of Plymouth

Cad-Capture has added Plymouth to a growing list of university clients, having been commissioned to upgrade in the region of 150,000m² of property CAD drawings ready for synchronisation with the Tribal K2 Asset Management System. Plymouth recognised Cad-Capture's unique experience and expertise in producing CAD drawings compatible with K2 and a range of other systems, moving quickly to complete its data management jigsaw.

June 2012 - Derbyshire Constabulary

Derbyshire Constabulary has become the latest in a line of UK Police Authorities to purchase AssetCapture OEA™. The unique CAD-integrated space management utility continues to prove a big hit across the Public Sector as property managers strive to improve space utilisation efficiency and analyse occupier costs.

May 2012 - Croydon Council

Cad-Capture has been appointed by the London Borough of Croydon to update in the region of 1000 property CAD drawings, adding structure and intelligence to allow for synchronisation with the authority's Technology Forge asset management software.

March 2012 - Cornwall Council

Cornwall Council has commissioned Cad-Capture to carry out a number of Occupancy and Space Utilisation Surveys at properties throughout the region as part of an on-going accommodation strategy. The data collated will be used in conjunction with AssetCapture OEA as Cornwall continues to optimise efficiency within the buildings the authority occupies.

February 2012 - United Utilities

United Utilities Water plc has awarded Cad-Capture a contract to scan and digitise all its land data records from hard copies.

January 2012 - City of Calgary

Cad-Capture has won a major order from the City of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to provide its CaptureVue 2D solution to view, markup and collaborate drawings and documents in OpenText Livelink / Content Server across the enterprise.

December 2011 - City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council has awarded a contract to Cad-Capture to update some 1,500 property CAD drawings, adding intelligence so they can be synchronised with the Technology Forge asset management system.

November 2011 - Hestya Energy

Hestya Energy has ordered Cad-Capture’s Engineering Information Management System (EIMS). EIMS harnesses unique elements of software from Cad-Capture together with best of breed solutions from OpenText and Oracle. EIMS will be used extensively to support the operation of Hestya’s Wilhelmshaven Refinery in Germany.

October 2011 – Manchester Metropolitan University

Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) has commissioned Cad-Capture to survey and update its university campus CAD drawings and capture occupancy data.

September 2011 – London Borough of Brent

Cad-Capture has been awarded a contract to update CAD drawings and provide DfE sufficiency and suitability assessments for all schools in the London Borough of Brent.

August 2011 - Hampshire County Council

Following a formal OJEU tender, Cad-Capture has been awarded a contract for full measured surveys and intelligent CAD files of all corporate properties for Hampshire County Council.

July 2011 - Cheshire West and Chester Council

Cad-Capture has been commissioned to survey and undertake occupancy efficiency assessments of the office buildings for Cheshire West and Chester Council.

June 2011 - Local Authority Estate Transformation National Conference 2011

Cad-Capture will be presenting at the Leaner and Greener Local Authority Estate Transformation National Conference 2011.

May 2011 - Rhondda-Cynon-Taf County Borough Council

Cad-Capture has been awarded a contract to provide measured surveys and intelligent CAD files of 100 corporate properties for Rhondda-Cynon-Taf County Borough Council.

April 2011 - Encana Corporation

Encana Corporation, one of the largest natural gas companies in North America, has ordered 300 licences of CaptureVue to enhance content collaboration within its OpenText eDOCS system.

March 2011 - Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

Following a formal OJEU tender, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has awarded a major contract to Cad-Capture for Measured  Building Surveys, Asset Capture and intelligent CAD files of 112 properties in the borough. Cad-Capture's innovative approach and quality solution provided best overall value for money.

February 2011 - Surrey County Council

Cad-Capture has been awarded a contract to provide measured surveys and intelligent CAD files of 59 schools for Surrey County Council.

January 2011 - Pelophone Communications

Pelophone Communications, the pioneer and major provider of mobile communications in Israel, has installed CaptureVue 2D to view markup and collaborate engineering drawings and documents in OpenText eDOCS.

December 2010 - First Hydro

First Hydro, a joint venture of International Power plc and Mitsui & Co. Ltd, has awarded Cad-Capture a substantial contract for technical document conversion.

November 2010 - Tameside

Cad-Capture has been awarded a contract to provide full measured and M&E inventory surveys with intelligent CAD files at 8 secondary schools in Tameside.

October 2010 - Suncor Energy

Cad-Capture has won a major contract to provide its CaptureVue software for Open Text Livelink ECM to Suncor Energy, a world leader in oil sands mining and processing.

September 2010 - Surrey County Council

Cad-Capture has been awarded a contract to provide measured surveys and intelligent CAD files of 74 corporate properties for Surrey County Council.

August 2010 - British Engines (BEL)

British Engines Ltd (BEL) has commissioned Cad-Capture to scan and index its engineering drawing archive including 40,000 microfilm aperture cards.

July 2010 - Penn West Energy

Cad-Capture has been awarded a major contract to provide its CaptureProject engineering project management software suite to Penn West Energy for its global operations headquarters in Calgary Canada.

June 2010 - University of Manchester

The University of Manchester has awarded a contract to Cad-Capture to scan and index its legacy paper document archive. Cad-Capture has also been awarded a contract to scan and index City of London's microfilm aperture card library for electronic document management.

May 2010 - London Borough of Tower Hamlets

Cad-Capture has been awarded a contract to provide measured surveys and intelligent CAD files for London Borough of Tower Hamlets secondary schools.

April 2010 - Sunderland City Council

Sunderland City Council has awarded Cad-Capture a contract to provide Occupancy Efficiency Assessments linked to intelligent CAD files for its corporate properties.
